CAFI Women’s Wellness Center
Wellness is a lifestyle- a way of living your life that makes time for Health, Mental Clarity, Self-care and exercise. Making time for these activities is hard for women who care for their children, families and communities.
CAFI Sustainability Center opened the CAFI WOMEN’S WELLNESS CENTER in March of 2024 to provide a female-only space for Wellness activities.
These include educational health workshops and presentations as well as weekly Yoga classes.
